About the Role: We have a current opening for an Associate Brand Manager, Tic Tac Canada and are actively reviewing applications.

As the Assistant Brand Manager, Tic Tac, you’ll help shape the future of one of Canada’s most iconic refreshment brands. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving growth, supporting P&L delivery, and strengthening Tic Tac’s market‑leading position. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional partners, you’ll bring brand‑building ideas to life, manage A&P with care, and help move innovation projects forward with clarity and momentum.

Main Responsibilities: Marketing Strategic Planning

  • Supports development of annual brand plans by analyzing market, consumer, and competitive data.
  • Assists in preparation of volume forecasts and marketing activity roadmaps.
  • Tracks A&P spending and supports budget reconciliation.
  • Prepares performance reports and presentations for Director and BU leadership.
  • Collaborates with Global/US teams to support local implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Manages day-to-day agency relationships at an executional level

Portfolio Strategy

  • Conducts competitive and category analysis to inform positioning recommendations.
  • Supports execution of innovation and NPD projects from concept through launch (artwork, claims, sell sheets, launch materials).
  • Assists in pricing analysis and SKU performance evaluation.
  • Supports portfolio reviews by identifying risks and opportunities across SKUs.

Communication and Media

  • Supports creative development by drafting briefs and coordinating with agencies.
  • Assists in asset localization and adaptation for the Canadian market.
  • Tracks campaign timelines and ensures executional alignment across teams.
  • Monitors campaign performance and compiles post-campaign analyses.
  • Coordinates legal and regulatory submissions for advertising approvals.

Promotions

  • Supports localization of global promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinates packaging updates and promotional artwork development.
  • Assists in preparing promotional summaries and effectiveness reviews.
  • Works with Legal to support documentation for contests and activations.
  • Tracks performance of campaigns (sell-in, sell-out) and summarizes key findings

Business Follow Up

  • Conducts monthly analysis of sell-in/sell-out, penetration, share, and distribution.
  • Prepares business review decks and KPI dashboards.
  • Supports short- and long-term forecasting inputs (S&OP).
  • Assists in P&L tracking by flagging variances and risks to the Director.

Research

  • Supports execution of consumer research projects (pre/post tests, packaging tests, pricing studies).
  • Coordinates with research agencies on timelines and deliverables.
  • Synthesizes research findings into actionable summaries.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Acts as a key liaison across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management and Global teams.
  • Demonstrates ownership of assigned projects and timelines.
  • Contributes to a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, focus in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 1-3 years’ brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, managing comparable brands
  • Proven success in brand equity building, communication, and managing creative/media agencies on executional priorities, providing input on briefs and fast follow-through on post reporting to enhance performance of future/existing campaigns
  • Excellent accountability, communication, decision-making.
  • Skilled in using syndicated databases (e.g., Nielsen) for market insights.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and delivering results on schedule.
  • Working knowledge of budget, P&L management
  • Deep understanding of food, drug, mass, club, and e-commerce trade channels.
  • Experience and proficiency in item setup and execution as it relates to product and tool development
  • Previous experience in developing product innovation
  • High degree of input and exposure in brand strategies and operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

The base salary range for this position is $ $78,631

$ $104,841 annually. (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
