This role is part of our ET/UT product line. The incumbent of this position is part of the accounting team within the company, while also providing support to the administrative management of the company. The work involves multiple and varied tasks in terms of the payment cycle and month-end processes, and to a lesser extent to take charge of certain tasks related to the sound financial and administrative management of the company. In general, support the Financial Controller in his/her duties, working in collaboration with the rest of the accounting team.

As Senior Accounting Technician, you must be able to

• Effectuer le traitement comptable et la gestion complète des comptes payables (i.e. réception des factures, appariement avec bons de livraison, codage, saisie au système, émission des paiements, vérifications de comptes de dépenses, réconciliations des états de compte fournisseur, paiements selon les contrôles et procédures internes mis en place, etc.)
• Effectuer les conciliations bancaires
• Réaliser diverses tâches reliées aux processus de fin de mois, ajustement des chiffres pour refléter un changement de mois. (i.e. ajustements des courus, facturation de recharge, ajustement des prépaiements et des provisions, etc.)
• Assister l’équipe au besoin dans le cadre des processus relatifs au traitement d’autres cycles comptables.

• Diplôme d’études professionnelles (D.E.P.), attestation d’études collégiales (A.E.C.) ou diplôme d’études collégiales (D.E.C.) en comptabilité/administration (ou discipline connexe).
• Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (principalement Excel).
• Maitrise pratique des concepts en comptabilité.
• Connaissance du logiciel SAP S/4 Hana est un atout.
• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation, minutie, autonomie, polyvalence, discrétion.

• Gestion des priorités et capacité à travailler sous pression.
