Key Responsibilities
We're on the lookout for a full time PowerBI Developer. As a PowerBI Developer you will be building operational and client facing reports. In addition to creating and maintaining PowerBI reports, typical duties and responsibilities for a reporting developer in the position may include:

Design, develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

Create semantic model using PowerBI Desktop, optimizing for performance and usability.

Implement DAX formulas to support complex calculations and KPIs.

Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics including operational efficiency and customer acquisition.

Working with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Work with our Visual Design Language for conformance and maintaining those standards with all reports.

Monitor and optimize report performance and data refresh schedule.

Implement data security and row-level security within PowerBI Apps.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.

Ability to build and optimize PowerBI dashboards.
-
Ability to perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions

3-5 years experience working within a BI or Data team.

Ability to build processes that support data/DAX transformation.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
