About the role
We're partnering with a growing, privately held organization to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This highly visible role will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process Develop and maintain complex financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages for senior leadership Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner with leaders across operations and finance to support business decisions and strategic initiatives Assist with business case analysis, investment evaluations, and operational improvement initiatives Support ad hoc reporting, financial analysis, and special projects Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business finance Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools Advanced Excel skills Experience with Power BI and Power Query preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple departments Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
