About the Role
As a Bakery Service Team Member, you'll be the face of our bakery, providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with purchases, packaging, and maintaining a welcoming environment that makes everyone feel like they're walking into a sweet treat paradise.
Your Day-to-Day
- Delight our customers: Greet, answer questions, and help them choose the perfect treats.
- Package with love: Ensure our baked goods look as good as they taste.
- Stay knowledgeable: Learn about our products, ingredients, and allergen info to become a bakery expert.
- Work seamlessly: Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy bakery.
- Collaborate: Assist our Coffee Bar team and work together to create an amazing customer experience.
We're Looking For
- Fantastic communication skills: Engage with customers, build rapport, and create a warm atmosphere.
- Bakery enthusiasm: Familiarity with baked goods and willingness to learn.
- Multitasking mastery: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
