About the role
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive strategic hotel partnerships and direct contracting with luxury and high-star properties in the following designated area:
South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Australasia.
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities: Identify, negotiate, and secure wholesale agreements with luxury and high-star hotels to expand our global hotel portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry. Drive revenue growth by optimizing partnership terms, pricing models, and channel strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hotel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to continuously refine and enhance our strategy.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hotel wholesale, OTA or B2B travel companies Existing network of contacts within the luxury hotel industry is a strong plus. Deep understanding of hotel wholesale operations, pricing structures, and distribution channels. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
