About the role
Baytowne Hyundai is currently seeking a Service BCD Agent to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Key Accountabilities & Objectives:
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Set appointments for customers to come in and meet with service
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work closely in partnership with service advisors and management to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Maintain a high Customer Service Experience index score
- Respond to customer complaints and following established concern resolution process
- Assist fellow team members when required
- Communicate escalated customer concerns to appropriate manager when required
- Provide feedback to management and maintain open communication on concerns, suggestions, requirements etc.

Special Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Minimum High School Diploma

Post Secondary Education Preferred

Strong technical skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
