Privacy Non-Financial Risk Specialist - Privacy Tooling (Hybrid)
About the role
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Director in the Privacy Non-Financial Risk (NFR) team to support the Privacy Engineering team to maintain and develop the tooling that underpins the Compliance Privacy Program, for example the tooling to support Privacy Impact Assessments and Individual Rights processes.
In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk This is a Director level position within Privacy Engineering to support the team as they develop and maintaining tooling for the wider Privacy NFR team.

What you'll do in the role:
- Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to gather requirements for changes and enhancements to privacy tools including enhancements needed due to regulatory or business changes.
- Work with technology teams to analyse, design, and implement business requirements. This is inclusive of change management, UAT, and troubleshooting.
- Foster continuous improvement and act as a day-to-day point of contact for business unit and LCD stakeholders as it relates to tool functionality or performance.
- Work with business unit and Legal and Compliance stakeholders to consider new processing activities.
What you’ll bring to the role:

Experience with building or maintaining a tool / system and/or experience testing tool(s) / system(s)

Experience of acting or working as a Business Analyst
Knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies e.g., Agile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills incl. stakeholder management
-
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience with financial services (preferred not essential)

Experience with privacy vendor tooling such as BigID or OneTrust (preferred not essential)

At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
