Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented intern for our Human Resources Internship position. This unpaid internship is ideal for College or University students seeking internship credit or experience in human resources, business administration, or related fields. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and more while learning best practices from experienced staff.
Responsibilities: Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes Supporting employee relations and engagement activities Conducting market research and analysis for HR projects Preparing HR reports and documentation Maintaining and updating employee records Supporting HR team with day-to-day tasks Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements: Currently enrolled in College or University in human resources, business administration, or related fields Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software Attention to detail
