Reporting to the Senior Director of Quality, the Head of Governance and Quality System plays a crucial role in managing and continuously improving quality processes within our organization. Alongside their support team and internal auditors, they are responsible for the development and maintenance of the ISO 9001 standard, thereby ensuring the stability of organizational processes and the long-term sustainability of the company.
The Head of Governance and Quality System oversees the planning, organization, and monitoring of Quality activities for construction projects nationwide. They ensure that Quality processes comply with ISO standards and develop Quality Management Plans for each project. As a technical expert in the Quality Management System (QMS), they plan internal and external audits, train and support users according to their needs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
This role also involves gathering and analyzing user needs and existing processes, evaluating best practices and lessons learned, and integrating these insights into organizational strategies. The Head of Governance and Quality System ensures overall compliance of the QMS and provides strategic recommendations to senior management.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at 500 Saint-Jacques Street, Suite 300, in Montréal.
