Position Summary

As a Senior AI Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our AI-driven offerings in Canada. You will define and deliver AI architectures that solve complex business challenges, promote our innovative solutions to customers and partners, and represent our brand as a thought leader within tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver AI solutions that drive business value across industries (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, computer vision, NLP, automation).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translate them into AI use cases, and lead the solutioning process.
  • Define AI architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices for projects across the Canadian business unit.
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities by articulating the value of AI solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Promote and evangelize our AI capabilities in the local market through events, meetups, conferences, publications, and networking forums.
  • Actively build relationships with local AI, tech, and business communities to enhance our presence and reputation in Montreal.
  • Mentor internal teams and contribute to capability building in AI/ML across our organization.
  • Collaborate with worldwide teams to deliver business driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology solutions, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution architecture and delivery.

  • Strong track record of designing and delivering AI systems that have achieved measurable business impact.

  • Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practices.

  • Experience with AI solution governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI design is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage business executives and technical teams alike.

  • Demonstrated experience as a speaker, author, or thought leader in the AI space is a strong asset.

  • Strong network or active participation in the AI/tech ecosystem (local AI meetups, conferences, community) is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.(PhD is a plus.)

  • Advanced understanding of aeronautical and manufacturing operations is a plus.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English & French (Spanish is a plus).
