Job Title: Parts Pick-Up & Delivery Driver (Class 1)

Position OverviewFoothills Group is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Parts Pick-Up & Delivery Driver with a valid Class 1 license to support day-to-day operational needs at our Lethbridge location. This role plays an important part in ensuring timely movement of parts, semi-tractors, and trailers within our service area. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys consistent work, variety in daily tasks, and operating commercial equipment without the demands of long-haul scheduling.
Key Responsibilities• Safely pick up and deliver parts within the Lethbridge area for internal and customer needs.
- Transport semi-tractors and trailers between customer sites, vendors, and Foothills Group locations within the region.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed for all unit and parts transfers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment as required.
- Maintain communication with the Location Manager regarding schedules, timelines, and any delays or issues.
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by management, which may include shop support, basic administrative errands, or assisting with vehicle coordination.
Qualifications• Valid Class 1 driver’s license in good standing.
- Clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong awareness of road safety and commercial vehicle handling.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional, respectful communication with customers, vendors, and employees.
Work Style & Expectations• This role offers predictable day-to-day duties while still providing variety through different delivery routes and unit movements.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to representing Foothills Group professionally during all customer interactions.
- Requires the ability to handle equipment safely and maintain attention to detail when transporting customer assets.

What started out as a one man show fixing automotive vehicles in a three car garage just a few years ago, has quickly turned into a much larger operation. Moving from a home garage into a building with a 3,300 sq ft shop was a big step towards our goals. With four lifts and the ability to work on seven vehicles in the shop, we rapidly outgrew the space after a year and a half.
We have now moved into an 11,000 sq ft shop and have grown our range of services to include more than just fleet vehicles.
Our name has changed from Foothills Fleet Service to Foothills Group. We have opened three divisions to cater to a broad range of customers, while staying specialized in different fields.
