Position: Account Executive Employment type: Full Time Permanent Vacancy status: Existing Vacancy Location : Burnaby, BC (Hybrid) DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions that help simplify complex marketing communications and operations workflow. Our core strength lies in delivering individualized services to our clients that simplify their communications, including customized printing, highly personalized marketing communications, campaign management, digital signage, and digital asset management. From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.
The role As an Account Executive, you will develop, maintain, and expand client relationships, while driving new business opportunities across DCM’s full suite of products and services. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to help our clients achieve their goals through tailored, innovative solutions.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days per week in our Burnaby office.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and drive expansion through outreach, networking, and prospecting activities (conducting cold calls, attending networking events, utilizing social media, organizing lunch and learns, etc.)
- Strengthen existing portfolio of client relationships by leading partnership reviews, delivering exceptional service, and curated solutions, as well as exploring and upselling new opportunities and solutions
- Develop account plans, analyze markets and use CRM tools to track activity and progress
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and client documentation to support a seamless sales process
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with some knowledge of document management or print production an asset
- 2–5 years of consultative sales experience, with proven success in developing and maintaining new accounts
- Ability to conduct pre-sale research, solution design, deliver persuasive presentations, and close deals
- Experience interacting effectively with senior leadership of organizations with confidence, professionalism, and credibility
- Team player who thrives in collaborative, results-driven environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite products and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Compensation:$50,000 – $60,000 CAD per year
The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
