Do you have experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial environment? Do you enjoy being on the floor, coordinating interventions, and ensuring equipment reliability? Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities at an operating plant. You will play a key role in team management, equipment optimization, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime.
- Monitor production downtime, inspections, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Manage parts inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, track performance indicators, and contribute to maintenance budget management.

Requirements:
- DEP in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or equivalent training (technical diploma or engineering degree is an asset).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a sawmill or forestry industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
Schedule: Day shift.
Status: Permanent.
