About the role

This position is responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SIGA’s online gambling technology stack, business processes and operational protocols to ensure organizational excellence. The primary goal of this position is to oversee the stability, performance, and day-to-day functionality of the iGaming platform while aligning digital operations with SIGA’s broader strategic priorities, including brand extension and omni-channel integration. Ultimately, this role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, implementing frictionless player journeys, and maximizing player health through efficient resource management and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities include: Developing the operational framework and process design for iGaming by implementing standard operating procedures, internal controls, a high-quality player experience, end-to-end operational workflows for third-party technology integrations and software releases, and consistent operations across the SIGA-branded iGaming platform. Managing the iGaming platform performance, leading day-to-day operational and technical engagement following procurement processes, and managing service level agreements. Coordinating and collaborating with land-based casino teams and Loyalty Marketing to support omni-channel integrations and support ‘brick-to-click’ initiatives to support business objectives. Ensuring SIGA’s iGaming platform and processes are compliant with SLGA Internet Gaming Operating Standards, AML requirements, and responsible gaming regulations. Providing effective management and supervision of the iGaming Operations staff. Participating in other projects and activities as required.

Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Education, with a specialization in Marketing. Certification in Project Management or Casino Management is an asset. Minimum of 2 years management experience in the Marketing field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Casino or Sportsbook operations, working in highly regulated markets, and vendor management. Agile Workflow Methodology and Project Management experience would be an asset. Experience in building a team to deliver and meet objectives. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including strong presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, influence and resolve conflict.

  • At least 19 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority / Indigenous Gaming Regulators
  • You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
