Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of desktop computers. This role includes help desk support and ensuring the smooth operation of information technology within the organization.
Key responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary.
Support IT security practices and data protection measures.
Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the ticketing system.
Skill & Experience
Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
2+ years of IT support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and cloud tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
