About the role

We are looking for an Account Service Representative to join our dynamic team of high-achieving professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. As an Account Service Representative, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting a portfolio of Group Insurance & Retirement (Pension) clients.

The Account Service Representative Will

  • Managing an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive service
  • Hosting employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)
  • Educating plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits
  • Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings with professionalism and care
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collecting and processing documentation accurately and on time
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to maintain a high standard of service
  • Ensuring service standards are met and tracked regularly
  • Traveling to client sites, including multi-day overnight trips (driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle required)
  • Supporting additional tasks and projects as needed

To be successful as a Account Service Representative with Life Benefit Solutions , you will need:

  • Experience in group insurance, pension/retirement, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
