Kastle is rebuilding its marketing function to create a modern, predictable pipeline engine aligned directly with revenue . We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead who can design the system, roll up their sleeves, and build momentum fast.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the demand engine for a category leader in PropTech.
Responsibilities The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has built demand engines before and understands long B2B sales cycles, complex buying committees, and the importance of tight sales alignment.
You will work directly with Revenue and Marketing leadership to design and execute programs that generate qualified pipeline, not just leads . Early on, you’ll be hands-on building campaigns and infrastructure. Over time, you’ll help scale the engine as the marketing function grows.
If you enjoy building systems, measuring what works, and tying marketing directly to revenue, this role will give you the platform to do it.
What You’ll Do
Own pipeline generation
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and contribution to revenue
- Design and manage the full funnel from first touch to Sales Qualified Opportunity
- Build a scalable demand engine across inbound, outbound support, and search
Design and execute demand programs
- Launch and optimize campaigns across paid search, digital, content, events, and partner channels
- Prioritize programs that drive measurable pipeline growth
- Continuously test and refine messaging, audiences, and conversion paths
Align tightly with Sales
- Partner weekly with Sales leadership on lead quality, pipeline progression, and conversion performance
- Ensure strong handoffs between marketing and sales
- Build programs that support strategic account engagement
Build the operating system for demand
- Establish attribution models, dashboards, and performance benchmarks
- Develop reporting that clearly ties marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Be hands-on in HubSpot early while helping define the long-term marketing tech stack
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, PropTech, security technology, or commercial real estate–adjacent businesses
- Strong experience managing HubSpot and modern marketing automation systems
- Demonstrated success building pipeline-generating marketing programs
- Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Highly analytical mindset; comfortable owning metrics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Confident partner to Sales leaders and executives
