About the role
Civeo is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Fort McMurray, Alberta region at CP Surmont Lodge. The Facilities Coordinator will support the Lodge Manager with day-to-day operations across the site, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of essential supplies, equipment, and facilities. This hands-on role includes logistical support, minor maintenance tasks, inventory control, and customer service duties to ensure a well-functioning and welcoming environment for staff and guests. This position will be on a rotation basis 20 days on and 10 days off as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Running errands and delivering supplies across site
• Maintaining gym, sports, and recreation spaces
• Overseeing inventory, set up and inspections of equipment
• Maintaining records and ensuring replenishment of supplies
• Performing vehicle checks, minor maintenance, and supply runs
• Assisting with safety checks and site logistics
• Provide support to clients and staff as required
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks and working outdoors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
• Previous experience in facilities or logistics coordination is an asset
• Must be able to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test.
