Decathlon arrived in Canada in 2018, with its first store opening in Brossard, Québec. Today, Decathlon Canada has over 1000 teammates, more than 20 stores, one distribution center, and an e-commerce platform that services our mission: move people through the wonders of sport.

What you’ll be doing:
- Guaranteeing the safety of people and products
- Ensuring reliability of stock management
- Guaranteeing a uniformity of processes
- Making the client and collaborator experiences efficient
- Leading your teams to ensure that your store is always “Clean, New, and Operational”
- Guaranteeing economic ratios on general costs
- Working in collaboration with the store director to meet objectives
- Taking responsibilities and initiatives daily
- Participating in the continuous improvement of the company
- Building, training, and growing the store team
What we are looking for:

A proven retail leader demonstrating a people first mentality and the ability to coach teamates

A demonstrated interest in retail business, security of people and goods, and sports

Management skills and a willingness to use a participative and inclusive approach

Leadership skills and the ability to be an active listener who demonstrates empathy towards other team members

Ability to organize training sessions and measure the impact these sessions have on team development

A demonstrated interest in the continual improvement of processes in order to achieve greater efficiency
