We aim to build strong, trust-based partnerships that enhance animal health and production efficiency. By addressing historical market fragmentation, we work to create a more integrated and effective supply chain. Our team collaborates closely with key stakeholders in poultry, cattle, and swine production. Candidates joining us will contribute to a mission-driven environment that values collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will lead the overall marketing strategy, positioning, and brand development across the EU production animal sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning, guiding market research initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with sales and public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging. The CMO will collaborate with executive leadership to define growth objectives, develop go-to-market strategies, and optimize the marketing budget. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, refining strategies based on data, and nurturing strategic partnerships that support the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, including the ability to design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Strong skills in Market Research, with experience turning insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Proficiency in Public Relations, including managing external communications and enhancing brand reputation. Background in Sales collaboration, with the ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth targets. Proven leadership experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within B2B or supply chain-focused industries. Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and international environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in animal health, agribusiness, or related sectors in the EU is an advantage. Relevant academic qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
