Scrum Master

Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Scrum Master to join our dynamic team delivering enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role emphasizes Agile/Scrum leadership, bilingual communication (EN/FR), and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate releases.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables.
- Support cross-functional teams in iterative, fast-paced environments.
- Maintain bilingual communication for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce best practices.
- Strong bilingual proficiency (English and French) for communication and documentation.
- Experience managing product backlogs and coordinating releases.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps Boards, Jira).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Scrum Master or Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP).
- Experience launching AI-enabled or KM products in enterprise or public sector environments.
- Familiarity with hybrid Agile approaches (Scrum with Kanban or SAFe).
- Experience managing distributed, multicultural, or bilingual teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, or security requirements in government projects.
General Requirements
- Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec.
- Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Eligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.
