Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Licensed Agent at St. Albert Co-operators Range Insurance and Investments Ltd.
How You Will Create Impact
Conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospect and proactively build a sales pipeline, developing marketing plans to promote insurance offerings, and contributing to the achievement of sales, profitability, and growth goals. Working with clients to review goals, providing holistic risk management advice and recommendations for coverage, completing policy updates, and documenting required changes. Conducting annual reviews to identify adjustments that are required, responding to client inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues as required.
Qualifications
Holistic risk planning skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze and assess clients' needs Attention to detail and organizational skills Alberta General level 1 is required and level 2 is preferred licensing as a life agent or completed the licensing within 30 days of hiring You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate
