HOURLY RATE - $18.71

FULL-TIME HOURS:

• Average 4-5 shifts per week

• 8-hour shifts between 6:45am to 11pm

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Front Desk Representatives are the first point of contact for our lodging guests and the check in experience often sets the tone for a guest's stay. It isour vision to create the best memories for our guests again and again.

• Being friendly and helpful with guests while answering questions

• Checking guests in and out of the hotels

• Taking ownership of the guest's entire stay at Blue Mountain Resort

• Resolving service challenges to a happy outcome

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Energetic, friendly, cheerful attitude

• Intermediate computer knowledge

• Front Desk/Office or related experience
