What you’ll do
As an Operator on our production team, you’ll support the safe and efficient manufacturing of high‑quality animal feed. You’ll operate equipment, manage computer‑based controls, complete food safety and quality documentation, and help with sanitation and preventive maintenance across the plant. You’ll be cross‑trained across multiple areas to keep your workday dynamic and engaging—while contributing to a culture where safety, teamwork, and continuous learning are paramount.

Potential to transition into a permanent role, depending on business needs and your individual performance

Who we’re looking for
You’re someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Whether you bring manufacturing experience or are brand new to the industry, you work well in a team environment and can also take initiative when working independently. You’re adaptable, safety‑focused, and ready to take ownership of your impact each day.

You’ll also need

  • Experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work rotational shifts and overtime as required
  • Positive work attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift 25kg regularly, and comfortable with bending/twisting
  • Occasional ability to work at heights
  • Valid Class 5 license
  • Forklift experience (asset)
