Position Summary: Based in our Vaughan, ON office, the IT Support Intern will partner with our IT team to provide support and contribute in day‑to‑day IT operations. This role will offer hands on exposure to a cross range of IT functions- including supporting network upgrades, technical support, system maintenance and IT asset management.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities**:**

• Support daily IT operations and respond to user requests in collaboration with the IT team
• Assist with network upgrades, system maintenance, and general IT support activities
• Help with IT asset registration, equipment setup, and inventory tracking
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Contribute to maintaining reliable, efficient, and secure IT systems and equipment
• Support the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations to help maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, laptops, and other end-user devices for new and existing staff
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing support where needed while gaining exposure to broader technology infrastructure and operations

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Passion for sports and/or golf is strongly preferred

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

• Currently enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• Completion of at least two years of undergraduate studies
• Enrolled in an approved co‑operative education (co‑op) or internship program

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone use.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately in an environment with interruption.
• Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving lightweight equipment
