Your Mission As CRM Manager, you’ll lead lifecycle strategy across a fast-growing portfolio of high-performance DTC brands. You’ll own both email and SMS—from designing automated flows and segmentation to building campaign calendars that drive real retention, LTV, and margin growth. This isn’t limited to execution—you’ll shape the entire CRM approach based on a deep understanding of the brand, customers, and commercial model.
You’ll work inside a cross-functional pod alongside Paid Media, CRO, SEO, and Growth Strategy, with full access to data support and direct collaboration with brand founders. You’ll have a clear mandate to lead, not follow—bringing strategic thinking, strong creative instincts, and sharp operational execution to one of the most impactful roles in the business.

Who We’re Looking For You’re a high-output CRM operator with a proven track record of driving retention and LTV through intelligent lifecycle strategy. You know how to build flows and campaigns that actually move business metrics—not just vanity ones—and you understand how CRM fits into the broader growth engine.
You’ve already owned CRM for brands doing real volume, built smart segmentation strategies, and led execution that ties directly to contribution margin. You bring a clear point of view, operate independently, and thrive in environments where strategy and speed go hand in hand.
Your Experience 3–5+ years of CRM experience in high-performance DTC/ecommerce environments Proven success driving LTV, repeat purchase, and retention through automated flows and campaigns Strong execution across Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar platforms, with the flexibility to adapt to each brand’s stack Skilled in segmentation, personalization, and customer journey design tied to business outcomes Clear understanding of how CRM interacts with Paid Media, CRO, and SEO in a multi-channel strategy Comfortable using data platforms (e.g. GA4, Looker, post-purchase surveys) to inform lifecycle decisions Fluent in contribution margin, customer cohorts, and retention economics—not just open and click rates Confident in client-facing settings with a strong ability to translate business goals into lifecycle strategy The Package Competitive base salary Self-development budget (courses, books, training, paid mentor calls - anything that helps you develop in the areas you’re excited about) 28 days holiday including your local public holidays A real commitment to making this the most fulfilling role you’ve had
