About the role
A career as a Branch Manager in the Red Deer Personal Banking team at National Bank is to act as a leader and client experience champion. Your Job
- Ensure the delivery of a personalized and proactive client experience across all channels and touchpoints.
- Meet the objectives of business growth, client satisfaction, and team development.
- Realize the growth of deposits, lending, and full-service relationships, including banking and wealth products.
- Make sure you apply sound risk and operational management, aligned with regulatory and internal policies.
- Accompany your team by coaching, mentoring, and engaging employees for performance and career development.
- Identify and pursue local business opportunities to build strong community and client relationships.
Your Team
Within the Red Deer branch, you are part of a team of dedicated professionals, and you will have 7 direct reports. Our team stands out for its collaborative culture, high engagement, and strong client focus. Basic Requirements
- Hold a post-secondary degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Have at least 6 years of banking experience, including 5 years in sales leadership or coaching roles.
- Demonstrated success in relationship building and client advisory.
- Strong knowledge of personal banking, deposits, lending, and cash management.
- Ability to assess and approve credit requests, ensuring sound risk evaluation.
- Available to travel locally to support market development and client engagement
