Salary: $50,200 - $58,000 IMT Precision does not use artificial intelligence, automated screening systems, or algorithm-based decision tools in any part of the hiring process for this position. All applications are reviewed by human reviewers.

Position Summary The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, secure, and compliant receipt and shipment of materials, components, and finished goods within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures adherence to export controls, customer contractual obligations, and internal inventory and quality standards. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator acts as a critical link between Inventory, Planning, Quality, and Production to ensure materials flow efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

About You At our company, we are looking for exceptional individuals who can meet the following criteria:

• Coordinate multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness
• Work extended hours as required based on business needs
• Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and cost savings

Education & Experience Education:

• Post-secondary education in Trade Compliance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field considered an asset

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience with manufacturing environment
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Experience in the defense industry considered an asset

Technical Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in with ERP/MRP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 considered an asset
• Knowledge of export documentation and shipping compliance requirements
• Understanding of inventory transaction controls and material traceability
• familiarity with carrier booking systems and freight coordination

Knowledge

• Shipping and receiving processes within a manufacturing environment
• Export documentation and regulatory compliance requirements
• ERP transaction processing and inventory controls
• Material traceability (lot, serial, program control)
• Production material flow and MRP alignment

Skills

Working Conditions
