Pricing Analyst Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) $60,000 - $80,000

Our client, a growing international manufacturer, is looking for a detail oriented Pricing Analyst to join their commercial finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, pricing strategies, and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.

As the Pricing Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing pricing accuracy, supporting margin optimization, and providing analytical insights that help improve profitability across the business.

Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and process customer pricing requests while ensuring compliance with company pricing guidelines. Maintain pricing data within the ERP system and ensure pricing accuracy across multiple product lines. Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, billing issues, and margin variances. Prepare pricing analyses, profitability reports, and commercial performance metrics. Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies that maximize revenue and margin. Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations to support pricing initiatives. Monitor market trends, product costs, and competitive pricing to provide recommendations. Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis. Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing processes and reporting.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Financial Analysis, Commercial Finance, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Lookups, and complex formulas. Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar is considered an asset). Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
