Who We Are

At Gibbons Whistler, we’re all about Making People Happy. Since 1979, we have been the backbone of Whistler hospitality bringing people together through unforgettable experiences.

Everything we do is rooted in our core values: Encourage Trust, Have Fun, Show Kindness, Lead With Purpose, and Commit to Excellence.

The Opportunity

Love creating unforgettable moments? As our Group Experience & Event Coordinator, you’ll be the magic-maker behind some of Whistler’s best group experiences. From après-ski gatherings to adventure-filled corporate retreats, you’ll bring people together across the full Gibbons portfolio — nine legendary pubs and restaurants, The Adventure Group, The Adara Hotel, The Spa at Whistler, and our signature festivals and events.

This is your chance to combine event planning, hospitality, and sales into one exciting role. You’ll design custom packages, showcase the best of Whistler, and make sure every detail runs flawlessly from the first inquiry to the last cheers.

You’ll be right in the heart of the action — meeting clients face-to-face, collaborating with our teams at Gibbons Head Office, hosting groups at The Adventure Group Base Camp, and bringing experiences to life at The Adara Hotel.
