Job Description And Responsibilities The Tubular Warehouse Supervisor provides key leadership across Tubular and ABTEC warehouse operations, overseeing all material handling, storage, and inventory activities. This role supports the daily execution of warehouse functions while driving operational efficiency, safety performance, and production readiness. The Supervisor is accountable for ensuring all warehouse activities are executed accurately, safely, and in full compliance with Interpro standards, procedures, and system requirements.

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of materials.
- Ensure accurate and compliant transaction processing in Oracle, maintaining traceability and data integrity.
- Supervise Tubular Warehouse personnel involved in loading, unloading, moving, and storing materials in a safe and organized manner.
- Maintain proper handling, documentation, and tracking for all inbound and outbound materials, including hazardous goods.
- Foster and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct team training to promote competency, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations Management to review production planning, forecasting, and material requirements.
- Support and enhance procedures for procurement, inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution to optimize warehouse performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by engaging employees to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- 3–4 years of warehouse or supply chain experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to implement and improve warehouse processes and workflows.
- Strong safety record and ability to recognize, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
- Proficiency with Oracle Business Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
