Requirements Management Engineer (RME): The role of the RME is to lead and drive the Requirements Management (RM) in our projects:

  • Prepare the source documents being the As-requierd baseline to deliver the project.
  • Identify and allocate requirements to different engineering functions (as defined in the Requirements Breakdown Structure – RBS).
  • Setup the RM database in IBM Rational DOORS.
  • Analyse the requirements for compliance of the reference solution of Alstom.
  • Identify gaps and closure strategy.
  • Identify clarification requests to be submitted to our Customers.
  • Define the MoP (Mean of Proof) for each requirement.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to the design and V&V evidence.
  • Coordinate the RM activities inside the engineering team and prove trainings and support to the team.

Internship in AI for RM:

  • Usage of AI in different steps identified above will help to save significant number of hours in engineering.
  • Alstom is developing various tools using AI to for this purpose.
  • The intern will contribute to the development of these tools.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree student in engineering, preferably reaching the end of the program.
  • Experience in the tools development based on AI.
  • Ability to work inside a team for same project and deliverables.
  • Resourceful personality, who likes the practical application of concepts compared to theory.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Good communication skills in French and English, written and spoken.
