We’re building something meaningful, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to be a key revenue driver in our next phase of growth.
This role is for someone who loves telecom, thrives on the hunt, is obsessed with closing deals and building lasting client partnerships.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager at Moby, you will report directly to the Director of Business Development and play a critical role in executing our 5-year growth strategy.
Your focus will be on expanding our Bulk Services business across:
- Senior Housing
- Hospitality
- High-Density Multifamily Communities
This is a high-impact growth position for a relationship-first hunter who knows how to open doors, build trust, and win long-term enterprise partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Own the hunt. Identify, pursue, and close new bulk telecom opportunities across Senior Housing, Hospitality, and High-Density Multifamily.
- Build executive relationships. Engage C-level, IT leaders, and key stakeholders and become their trusted telecom partner.
- Create and convert pipeline. Develop strategic territory plans, generate new opportunities, and consistently drive revenue growth.
- Win complex deals.Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate enterprise-level agreements.
- Align and mobilize internally. Work cross-functionally to move deals forward, remove roadblocks, and improve how we execute.
- Spot opportunity early. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to keep Moby positioned to win.
- Elevate the brand. Represent Moby in the market and at industry events to open doors and build influence.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of telecom and sales experience (hospitality sector preferred)
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to develop pipeline, close complex deals, and manage executive relationships
