Job Description: Reporting to a Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator, the Senior
Therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of therapy services within the framework of the interdisciplinary team.
The Senior Therapist provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to
staff therapists and other team members. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Education
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Experience
- Minimum 2 years related clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability
Knowledge & Abilities
- Demonstrates leadership abilities
- Ability to be innovative and creative
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
