About the role

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking an enthusiastic Loge Supervisor to deliver an exceptional premium experience for our fans.

The Loge Supervisor will oversee game day and major event operations within the loge areas, ensuring top-tier service, efficient inventory management, and smooth execution of game day and event service. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Supervise and support loge service staff during events
  • Manage and account for inventory control
  • Monitor and minimize waste and spoilage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional loge environment
  • Oversee post-game clean-up and closing procedures
  • Ensure all service areas meet premium hospitality standards

Additional Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
