Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Kroll Central Maintenance Analyst to join our expanding Pharmacy Strategy team, to support the continued growth and automation of our over 300 acquired Pharmacy locations across Canada! We have support offices located in ON, MB and SK, however this role can be located anywhere in Canada.

Job Description:
This individual will report to the Senior Specialist, Kroll Central Maintenance, and will be responsible for support of the Kroll Central Maintenance platform. The successful candidate will ensure seamless and optimized operations of the pharmacy management software across our diverse network of pharmacies. This position requires a strong Kroll technical background.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and integrity of KCM drug files.
- Manage links to central reports and ensure data accuracy to support business analytics.
- Analyze raw data across various Kroll functionalities to streamline data in preparation for KCM implementation.
- Transform raw data from multiple data sources into actionable insights through the creation of analytical views.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Configuring store, user, and pricing strategy rules
- Assist in KCM Implementation activities, including configuration and validation.
- Support field teams and pharmacies with troubleshooting incidents in Kroll relating to centrally maintained data.
- Escalate complex issues internally or externally to the software vendor as needed
- Document maintenance procedures, change requests, issue resolutions, and support creation of training materials
- Requires little oversight to complete tasks yet maintains the ability to work effectively within a team
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience using the Kroll Pharmacy Management Solution (5+ years as a pharmacy user, 3+ years as a software support agent, or 1+ years KCM management)
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, complex configurations and pricing, and/or testing Kroll are highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player with the ability to solve problems as they arise within diverse functional groups
