High-Ticket Sales Representative
About the role
Lyons Elite Matchmaking is seeking a high-ticket sales professional to conduct consultations with prospective clients interested in our private matchmaking services.
This is not an entry-level sales position. Our memberships range from $15,000 to $120,000+, and our clientele consists primarily of successful professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, lawyers, and high-net-worth individuals throughout North America.
The ideal candidate has experience selling high-ticket services and understands how to build trust with sophisticated buyers without relying on aggressive sales tactics. In addition to conducting calls (consultations), you will have the opportunity to generate your own sales opportunities as well through our internal network, our Pipeline, your own outreach, relationship-building, and lead development activities. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys both closing and creating opportunities
Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective clients Build rapport and uncover relationship goals, challenges, and motivations Recommend appropriate membership options Follow up with prospective clients throughout the decision-making process Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline Conduct outreach to nurture and re-engage existing opportunities Develop new opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and outreach Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
Requirements
Proven experience in high-ticket sales is strongly preferred Experience in luxury or premium services highly desirable Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills Professional, polished, and relationship-oriented Comfortable speaking with successful professionals and executives Self-motivated and able to work independently Pipedrive experience an asset
Compensation
100% commission Flexible remote position Membership values range from $15,000 to $120,000
