Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales enablement, compliance and/or operational strategy, who thrives on solving complex problems with data and has a proven ability to manage and optimize partner relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years in operations, strategy, or business development — ideally in travel, fintech, or membership sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or SQL, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Power BI) to drive insights and decisions
- Strong understanding of partner operations, process design, and dispute resolution to improve performance and accountability
- Proven ability to develop financial models and strategies that optimize partner performance and manage complex issues
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering and Customer Service to deliver measurable outcomes
- Analytical thinker with high attention to detail, skilled at identifying gaps and leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Partner Operations Manager to join our Strategic Operations team
- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to enhance partner performance & accountability, resolve disputes, and drive operational excellence
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement financial models & strategies to optimize partner relationships, resolve disputes, and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner strategies with broader business objectives
- Lead initiatives to improve partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution processes
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting supplier operations
