Infrastructure Project Manager - Hardware Rollout: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Infrastructure Project Manager - Hardware Rollout for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Infrastructure Project Manager - Hardware Rollout - Job Description: This project involves a hardware refresh for 1300 branches, replacing outdated equipment with new hardware. The initiative is a large-scale deployment that is highly visible within the organization, offering opportunities for networking and professional growth.

Infrastructure Project Manager - Hardware Rollout - Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a nationwide branch workstation refresh
• Build and maintain a clear, realistic project plan aligning infrastructure, retail, and implementation partners
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups, including infrastructure teams, retail branch partners, and third-party implementation teams
• Manage logistics such as hardware shipping, warehouse delivery, and branch scheduling
• Ensure all work complies with branch access and security protocols
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery is completed by the end of the year
• Prepare and deliver concise updates to senior leaders and executive stakeholders

Infrastructure Project Manager - Hardware Rollout - Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of experience delivering large, complex projects as a Project Manager
• Experience working on either retail or branch-based initiatives, or large multi-user implementations delivered across many locations
• Comfortable building project plans from existing inputs and running delivery independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and external partners
• Experience presenting updates to senior or executive stakeholders
• A calm, practical approach to delivery and problem-solving

Infrastructure Project Manager - Hardware Rollout – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience working within banks or large financial institutions
• Experience with hardware refreshes, infrastructure rollouts, or large-scale deployments
• PMP certification
