Join our team as a Lead AI Engineer in Toronto, Canada, where you will design and scale advanced AI systems in a full-time capacity.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent systems using modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems for enterprise applications.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with defined execution plans.
Guide engineering teams on design patterns and production readiness.
Develop multi-agent systems with advanced planning and reasoning capabilities.
Ensure system reliability and compliance with performance and security standards.
Qualifications
8 years of experience in AI/ML and intelligent systems development.
Proven track record in delivering AI solutions in large-scale environments.
Strong proficiency in Python for building scalable systems.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and model lifecycle management.
Practical experience with prompt engineering techniques and LLM-based applications.
