Responsibilities:
When your actions lead to success:
- Operate and maintain all vinyl department printing and cutting equipment
- Cut, weed, premask and install vinyl
- Operate tools such as exacto knives, squeegees, rulers, jig saw, as well as other miscellaneous hand tools
- Experience with several vinyl installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and blueprints
- Experience with cutting and trimming vinyl according to specifications
- Have knowledge of adhesive application and curing processes
- Prepare substrates for vinyl application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for vinyl application
- Perform finishing operations such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure quality of finished products throughout the printing/application process
- Manage and track material inventory and materials used in each project
- Commit to ensuring a clean safe and efficient work environment
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
