We're excited to add another Wealth Manager to our team. The Wealth Manager is a people leader, subject matter expert, and champion for our Aviso Wealth Mutual Fund Advisors/Libro Financial Planners and their supporting Associates in Practice Management, Sales Development, and Financial Planning. The purpose of this role is to build Advisor capability and Owner prosperity within the Wealth Segment.
The Wealth Manager works closely with the Vice President, Wealth Management to inform and direct the development and delivery of Wealth Management and advice at Libro for our employees and customers.
The Role:
- Leads Aviso Wealth Advisors/Financial Planners and centralized support team through regular coaching to create success.
- Collaborates with Vice President, Wealth Management to build and evolve financial planning services and advice delivery.
- Guides implementation of training and development strategies in the wealth segment.
Formalizes and maintain Libro’s development plan for Financial Planners, written Practice Management and Financial Planning standards. - Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, accountable to ensuring operational and administrative functions support strategic goals. Monitors and updates policies and procedures to minimize risk. Supports compliance through training, documentation, and audit support.
- Communicates regularly with Regional Directors, Branch Managers, Operations leadership, and other partners. Primary point of contact for Mutual Fund Dealers Association, transactional and coaching inquiries.
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including Aviso Wealth, representing Libro’s interests with key suppliers, partners, and peer networks.
- Promotes a culture of advice and financial empowerment.
What We're Looking For:
- University degree or post-secondary financial planning diploma.
- 5–7 years as a licensed mutual fund/securities advisor; management/supervisory experience beneficial.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required; other relevant industry designations (CIM, CLU, CFA, etc.) preferred.
- A passion for helping people grow their financial well-being.
