Human Resources Coordinator St. Jean-sur-Richelieu & Montreal, QC
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support a dynamic organization by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of HR activities while contributing to employee experience, compliance, recruitment, and organizational initiatives.
What You'll Do Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities. Maintain HR records, employee files, HRIS data, and HR documentation. Prepare and distribute HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics. Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and programs. Support leave administration and return-to-work processes. Coordinate employee training programs and monitor compliance requirements. Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR communications. Support Health & Safety programs and Joint Health & Safety Committee activities. Assist with departmental projects, presentations, reporting, and general HR administration.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now is considered an asset). Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to travel between locations when required.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Coordinateur(trice) des ressources humaines qui contribuera au bon fonctionnement des activités RH tout en soutenant le recrutement, l'expérience employé, la conformité et diverses initiatives organisationnelles.
Vos principales responsabilités Coordonner le cycle complet de recrutement, incluant l'intégration, l'accueil et les départs d'employés. Assurer la gestion des dossiers employés, des données du SIRH et de la documentation RH. Produire et distribuer divers rapports RH, organigrammes et analyses d'effectifs. Répondre aux questions des employés et gestionnaires concernant les politiques, les avantages sociaux et les programmes RH. Participer à la gestion des congés et aux processus de retour au travail. Coordonner les formations obligatoires et assurer le suivi des exigences de conformité. Organiser des activités d'engagement des employés, des événements et des communications RH. Soutenir les initiatives en santé et sécurité au travail ainsi que les activités du comité SST. Participer à divers projets RH et assurer le soutien administratif de l'équipe.
Profil recherché Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines. Bonne connaissance des pratiques RH, de la conformité et de la législation du travail. Excellentes habiletés en organisation, communication et résolution de problèmes. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique. Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office. Connaissance d'un SIRH (ADP Workforce Now constitue un atout). Bilinguisme français-anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule pour les déplacements occasionnels entre les sites.
