Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard - Concierge (Part Time) in Etobicoke, ON
Position: Security Guard - Concierge (Part Time)
Location: Etobicoke, ON
Payrate: $18.42 per hour
Status: Part -Time
Shift: Friday, Saturday | Swing shift (Various time) | 11PM - 11AM
Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge (Part Time) to oversee one of our residential sites in Etobicoke**,** ON. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, willing to work various shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.

Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.

Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.

Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.

Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer, customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
