Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking contractual Bag-to-Bag (B2B) Operators to support increasing operational demand at our Richmond terminal.
Your Work Schedule
-Day shift : 7:00am-2:00pm

Availability for additional hours if needed
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manually pulling and transferring 100 lb grain bags from incoming units onto a conveyor system

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-
Following production and loading instructions from the B2B Supervisor

Meeting daily shift and volume targets as a team

Maintaining quality and safety standards

Reporting mechanical issues, downtime, or delays to supervision

Supporting smooth shift transitions

This role is physically demanding and repetitive, but easy to learn. Strong performance is directly rewarded through compensation.

Report to Supervisor if shift goals are not met and provide reasons.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent physical condition; able to lift 100 lb bags repeatedly

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to handle repetitive tasks for extended periods

Reliable transportation required (site not accessible by public transit)

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team mindset
What It’s Like to Work Here
This is hands-on, physical contract work in an outdoor industrial terminal. You’ll be part of a tight-knit operations team focused on moving high volumes efficiently.
The work is straightforward but demanding; the more you move, the more you earn. Days are active, fast-paced, and always daytime.
