SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized Reverse Logistics Associate to specialize in tracking returned products within our system. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth return processing, and driving data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of reverse logistics tracking systems.
Shift: Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Tracking & Reconciliation: Monitor and update the movement of returned products, ensuring accurate status updates from receipt to final disposition.
- Coordinate the return process from customers to warehouses, ensuring timely execution.
- Collection of BOLs, PODs and all necessary documentation needed to support the client and Transportation team.
- Engage with carriers to resolve invoice discrepancies and inventory variances.
- Analyze return data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, finance, and supply chain teams to implement changes, resolve service and operational issues. Escalating to Operations management requiring intervention or guidance
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- High school diplomat is an asset
- Fully bilingual oral and written (English and French)
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, or reverse supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in tracking software and database management tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft suit (excel, Word, PowerPoint)
