What will you be doing?

  • Generate and develop group sales opportunities across key segments including but not limited to corporate, teams, and social groups
  • Actively prospect for new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement to grow the client base
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to event completion
  • Design customized packages that align with client needs while maximizing revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional guest experience
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targets

What we are looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, events, or customer service
  • Post-secondary diploma in Sales, Events, Business or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, sales-driven approach with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive new business
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Must have strong business development and organizational skills

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office role, with occasional evenings and weekends required for client meetings and event support.
