From corporate conferences and social celebrations to family fun at Big Splash Waterpark, FunworX Indoor Playland, and Bingemans Camping Resort, we deliver memorable experiences for every guest. What will you be doing?
- Generate and develop group sales opportunities across key segments including but not limited to corporate, teams, and social groups
- Actively prospect for new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement to grow the client base
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through to event completion
- Design customized packages that align with client needs while maximizing revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients
- Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional guest experience
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targets
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, events, or customer service
- Post-secondary diploma in Sales, Events, Business or equivalent
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A proactive, sales-driven approach with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive new business
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must have strong business development and organizational skills
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office role, with occasional evenings and weekends required for client meetings and event support.
