About the role

Responsibilities

  • Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with Learning items, curricula, assignment profiles, and scheduled offerings
  • Understanding of LMS user roles, security, and approval workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot LMS issues related to learning assignments, completions, and user access
  • Exposure to Plateau Report Designer or LMS reporting tools
  • Familiarity with SAP SF Integration Center and LMS connector configurations
  • Proficient in EC Core configurations, including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows
  • Experience with Position Management, Event Reason Derivation, and Propagation Rules
  • Familiarity with EC Benefits setup and employee data management
  • Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testing.
  • Support organizational and system changes ensuring payroll processes remain intact and compliant.
  • Work closely with the client to analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving sustainment issues to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Configure and customize SAP payroll modules to align with business processes and regulatory requirements including Year-end T4/T4A related processing.
  • Proficient in debugging, editing, and writing payroll rules and schemas.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving replication related issues between SF EC and ECC.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Experience in year-end process and know how to read and write payroll rules and schemas
