MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) - Technical Consultant
3 month contract opportunity, high potential to extend
This is 100% remote opportunity, supporting the "EST" time zone
Desired skills & experience
5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Power Platform solutions Hands-on experience with one or more Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing / Customer Insights Strong understanding of CRM processes and customer engagement best practices Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into effective solution designs Experience configuring and extending solutions using the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI Familiarity with Azure and integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power Platform connectors Experience working with APIs, REST services, and integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems Understanding of enterprise data models, security frameworks, and solution architecture principles Exposure to customization technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web resources within Dynamics 365 Experience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, and Agile delivery methodologies Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
"Nice" to have bonus skills: Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Certifications in Scrum Master, Prosci Change Management or PMI-PBA Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Experience with AI-powered capabilities including Microsoft Copilot and Customer Insights
$100 - $110 per hour for an INC consultant
